Gary and Karen are experienced licensees and have moved to Avonwick from Porlock in Somerset in order to establish the Avon Inn as a popular village inn and destination pub known for its quality meals, using locally sourced produce, and for its well kept ales and ciders.

They are planning to introduce more community events and to increase the use by the locals and Gary and Karen are keen to find out exactly what the villagers want from their pub and to make it the heart of village life again.
